Fuel Caps Are
Falling
From Aircraft!

Aftermarket fuel caps falling from certain Airbus and Fokker aircraft have been reported on airfields around the USA. Mr. Dave Moreau, Operations Duty Manager at Memphis IAP, has been tracking this problem for over five years. The FAA and NTSB have been notified and both are reviewing the information.
